- Can be requested within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, inclusive of the day of delivery.
- Item(s) must be unused, unopened and undamaged.
- It is okay if you already threw the parcel box away, this will not void your returns/exchange request.
- Signs of usage/open/damages will void the return.
What is not eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Customized or personalized items
- Discounted bulk or corporate orders
- Items from the "Clearance Sales" page. Not to worry, it will be clearly stated if the clearance items are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Orders that have exceeded the 30-day window.
